About Ground Up

Ground Up is an evolution of the founder’s freelance practice. Tracing its roots to residential renovations and design-build projects, the company eventually incorporated as a One Person Corporation in 2021 to cater to growing apparent demand on office and retail fitout services.

Today, the core skills and values forged by its formative years - hospitality and delicadeza, are thoroughly passed through to its team.

Though young, these have enabled us to edge out globally established counterparts; and these, together with grit and gigil, are what we believe would propel us to steadily broaden our footprint in the Philippines and beyond.
